Biswadeep has spent more than half a decade working with automotive dealers across states and brands, building and scaling SaaS solutions for the industry while at India’s largest private general insurer. In that journey, he saw the same pattern repeat itself—dealers wanting to improve and modernize operations, but being held back by the high fixed costs of workforce-heavy processes, the inefficiencies of manual operations, and the long training cycles needed to adopt traditional dealer management and CRM software.

Recognizing that the industry needed a better way, he founded Relatim - an AI-powered automotive SaaS platform designed to feel like a co-worker, not just another system.
