- Authenticated dealership users: employees, managers, owners, and other authorized personnel who log in to Relatim; and
- Unauthenticated visitors: anyone who browses our website or tries our public demos without creating an account.

- Business Data: dealership inventory, pricing, workflows, and customer records imported into Relatim.
