Is this an OBD dongle or live telematics?
No. Relatim is a vehicle advisor. Health here means the maintenance file: what is due, what was quoted, what was done. We do not claim a sensor feed from every car.
Can Relatim replace my authorised-centre history?
No, and we do not try. Dealer stamps still matter for warranty. Independent invoices still matter for everything else. Keep both.
What if I only have old WhatsApp bills?
That is already a start. Send them with the next request. We will not invent missing jobs, but we will not ignore a record you already have.
